Statement on Independence and Misuse of Names

We have recently become aware that certain individuals and so-called projects are presenting themselves under the names “Legacy” and “Genesis”, including the launch of tokens and initiatives under these terms. These names are directly associated with our trajectory — through Quantum Legacy Foundation (current) and Quantum Legacy Genesis Investments (past) — and may therefore cause confusion among our community members and the wider public.

Let us state this with absolute clarity:

• Quantum Legacy Foundation, Ville, and Naty are not engaged with, partnered with, or connected to any other individual, company, or project anywhere in the world.

• We are a completely independent foundation. We have not entered into, and we will not enter into, any partnership, alliance, joint venture, or cooperation with any external party.

• The use of the terms Legacy and Genesis by third parties is in no way connected to our organization, our history, or our future direction.

• Our work, our decisions, and our resources are managed exclusively and independently by us.

 

We are deeply concerned that our past and present names may be misused by others in attempts to gain credibility, attract attention, or mislead people into believing that their activities are associated with ours. This is misleading, unethical, and disrespectful to the values and sacrifices that define our journey.

Please take note that any claim of partnership, endorsement, association, or shared activity with Quantum Legacy Foundation, Ville, or Naty is false. If you encounter any project or initiative including the name “Legacy,” “Genesis,” or “Quantum,” treat them as entirely unrelated to us.

 

And frankly, considering the endless number of words available in the world, with millions of words across every dictionary in every language, the fact that some people could only come up with our exact names — “Legacy” and “Genesis” — speaks less of inspiration and more of desperation. The choice to reuse ours only reveals a lack of originality and credibility.

We take pride in our independence and transparency. We answer only for our own actions, projects, and commitments — never for those of others.

This statement serves as both a clarification and a firm reminder: Quantum Legacy Foundation, past and present, stands alone. No project, token, or initiative called “Legacy,” “Genesis,” or “Quantum” has — or will ever have — any connection to us.
